Shamanic rituals in the morning and a bad relationship with Medvedev: how Security Council head Sergei Shoigu is trying to protect himself from persecution
Security Council head Sergei Shoigu has become a rather unsettling neighbor for other residents of Rublevo-Uspenskoe Highway in recent weeks.
"Every day at 4 or 5 a.m., there’s a roar, screams, and thick, acrid smoke billowing out. Someone even tried to find out what was going on, but there was no explanation. From staff to staff, we learned that several shamans had been brought in, that they were living there, and that they were performing rituals with drums and other things in the early morning hours. They were also burning some fragrant plants. No one knows how long this will last," our interviewee said.

It is unknown what the shamans are asking for Shoigu.
Another source notes that Shoigu is in an extremely tense mood. There are no clear indications that he has received "forgiveness" from Putin. "No one is preventing Shoigu’s daughter from pursuing budget projects. But Kuzhugetovich himself is truly in difficult circumstances, expecting a blow from everywhere. Apparently, his timid position suits everyone, and Putin is unlikely to "finish" him, as this would create an unnecessary imbalance in the system of checks and balances," the source believes.

Another source also noted Shoigu’s extreme nervousness: "He’s truly tense all the time. This greatly amuses Dmitry Medvedev, as they have a very poor relationship. It seems they don’t even say hello these days."
